I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Bangkok that ticked all the boxes for a comfortable and convenient stay. the value for money was excellent as the prices were incredibly reasonable considering the location near a bustling shopping area. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were accommodating and fulfilled my request for a room with a King-sized bed, which ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the hotel had all the basic amenities I needed, including a delicious breakfast to start the day off right.

There is one aspect that could be improved upon.

The soundproof rooms here felt just like home, and we truly enjoyed everything.

Extremely friendly staff. Location within 1 mile of victory monument. Pratunam neighborhood deserves to be explored. We greatly enjoyed staying at Spenza: )

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail in the rooms. Its location is ideal, being near shopping areas and close to a variety of restaurants. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that basic amenities are met and accommodating specific requests such as a King sized bed. Breakfast is also a highlight, offering a satisfying start to the day.

The staff at Spenza Hotel were incredibly helpful during our stay. When we asked for extra pillows, they promptly brought them to our room with a smile. The bellboys were also very attentive and assisted us with our luggage. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of massage shops nearby for relaxation and a variety of food stalls for delicious meals. Additionally, the convenience of having a 7-eleven just a short walk away was extremely convenient. Getting transportation, whether it be a tuktuk or taxi, was also effortless. Another great feature was the option to use my own country's currency as a deposit instead of Thai baht, making our stay even more convenient.

This hotel is an exceptional option for anyone staying in the city. the location is unbeatable, with many shopping malls in close proximity, as well as Phaya Thai Station for easy access to the airport. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with the best sleep you'll ever have. the staff ensure that everything is made up every day without fail.

The only minor drawback is the lack of toothbrushes and razors in the room, but these can be easily acquired at the reception area.

The hotel had a very modern and clean appearance, with comfortable beds and a clean toilet. the location was perfect for shopping, being in the heart of the fashion district, and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. the complimentary bottle water and hairdryer were nice touches.

The staff could be more welcoming and friendly. We weren't informed about having to pay a deposit until we arrived and it was a bit of a surprise.

We enjoyed the comfy bed and the beautiful city view from our room. The hotel is located near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to find something to eat or pick up any necessary items. the staff was friendly, always greeting us with a smile.

Our romantic getaway was ruined by the incredibly loud and constant noise from the busy roads around the hotel. We could barely sleep at night due to the honking and traffic.

This hotel is really good value for money. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and we were pleased to find that our requested King sized bed was provided. The breakfast spread was also quite satisfying.

I had a great stay at this hotel - the location was superb as it was walking distance to all the big shopping malls and the main shopping district in Pratunam. Additionally, there were many food options nearby, as it was situated in the Pratunam market area. The hotel facilities were top-notch and had everything I needed. The staff was courteous and helpful, responding immediately to all my requests. They even kept my bags for 2 weeks when I went island-hopping, which saved me from a big hassle.
